CAUTION: This material is a potentially hazardous mixture that may cause irritation to the eyes, skin, and mucous membranes. It is intended for use as an incapacitating agent and should be handled with extreme caution.

SECTION VII – FIRST AID MEASURES

Oral Exposure

  • Immediately rinse the mouth thoroughly with water; do not induce vomiting.

  • Never administer anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

  • Seek immediate medical advice or contact a poison control center.

Inhalation Exposure

  • Remove the patient from the contaminated area to fresh air immediately.

  • Ensure the patient is in a position that allows for easy breathing.

  • If breathing difficulties persist, administer oxygen if trained to do so and seek urgent medical attention.

Skin Exposure

  • Gently remove any residual material from the skin using a dry method (e.g., brushing).

  • Rinse the affected area thoroughly with clean water and wash with mild soap.

  • If irritation, allergic reaction, or a burning sensation occurs and persists, consult a medical practitioner or doctor.

Eye Exposure

  • Immediately flush the affected eye(s) with copious amounts of clean water for at least 15 minutes, holding the eyelid(s) open to ensure thorough rinsing.

  • Responsible individuals intend this product solely for use at 18 years of age or above. All personnel using the product are required to adhere to generally accepted safety standards.

  • Never launch the product in excess of 300 feet per second or at a range closer than 20 feet. Failure to follow these precautions may result in body injuries not only limited to face, eye, and ear injury, blindness, deafness, or even death.

  • Dispose of in municipal waste in accordance with Federal, State, or Local regulations, or offer for recycling if appropriate for the area.
